An exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Broker Assistant / Parabroker to join a growing team based in Parramatta. Working closely with the founder, you will support the full loan process from application through to settlement across a range of lending products. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clients, lenders and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing loan applications end-to-end
- Liaising with banks, lenders, solicitors and clients throughout the process
- Managing valuations, pricing requests and supporting documentation
- Ensuring files are accurate, compliant and submitted with minimal rework
- Assisting with customer communication and ongoing pipeline management
- Supporting the broker with administrative and operational tasks
- Previous experience within mortgage broking, banking, lending or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organisation
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
- Understanding of compliance and risk within lending environments
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
