LMS Content Specialist (1-Month Contract)
We’re looking for a hands-on LMS Content Specialist to support a short-term project focused on uploading, formatting, and structuring learning content within WorkRamp, our digital learning platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution-focused work and can quickly get up to speed with new systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring learning materials are accurately transferred, well organised, and ready for end users.

Key Responsibilities
- Upload and format existing learning modules into WorkRamp
- Structure content in line with defined learning pathways
- Prepare training materials to support compliance and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify content needs
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all materials
- Experience working with LMS or HRIS platforms (WorkRamp experience)
- Quick to learn new systems and tools
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Able to manage workload independently and meet tight deadlines
- Initial 1-month contract, with potential for extension
- Immediate start required
