Key Responsibilities:


As an LMS Specialist, you will oversee the administration, optimisation, and support of the company’s SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System. This role is pivotal in ensuring that learning programs are effectively delivered, accurately tracked, and fully compliant with business and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive engagement, improve system performance, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance workforce capability.


• Manage end-to-end deployment of learning content, curricula, and assignments across multiple business units.
• Conduct system testing, configuration changes, and participate in platform release cycles and optimisation initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, compliance checks, and content lifecycle management.
• Develop and produce learning reports, compliance dashboards, and analytics to support strategic learning decisions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align system functionality with learning and compliance objectives.
• Provide training, documentation, and technical guidance to internal users and administrators.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance learning delivery and operational efficiency.
• Lead or support LMS-related projects, integrations, and system enhancements to meet evolving organisational needs.


Profile:


• Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors Learning or similar enterprise LMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of learning content deployment, SCORM packages, SFTP, and system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Skilled in data management, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in project management and process improvement within HR or learning operations.
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• SAP Learning Administration Certification preferred.
