Internal Sales Opportunities (Multiple Roles)

Are you an Internal Sales professional who enjoys winning business rather than simply processing orders?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established Australian B2B organisation operating within the industrial equipment and workplace solutions sector. With years of industry experience and national distribution capability, the business supplies essential equipment to industries including construction, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and infrastructure.

Due to continued growth, the company is expanding its Internal Sales team at its Sydney head office in Marsden Park and we are currently recruiting multiple Internal Sales professionals at different levels of experience. These opportunities range from proactive, internal sales positions managing inbound enquiries and quotations.

This is an opportunity to join a high performing commercial team where internal sales plays a critical role in converting opportunities and driving revenue.

The Opportunity
These are fast paced internal sales roles suited to individuals with a business development mindset who enjoy identifying opportunities within customer interactions.

Depending on the role, you will manage inbound enquiries, prepare and follow up quotations, support customers with product recommendations, and proactively engage with customers to convert opportunities into sales.

This is not a passive customer service environment. We are looking for individuals who enjoy closing business, following up opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Enquiries & Solution Selling
  • Respond to inbound phone and email enquiries
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions
  • Provide product advice based on application requirements
  • Build strong relationships with customers across multiple industries
  • Quoting & Pipeline Management
  • Prepare and manage quotations
  • Maintain and update your sales pipeline within the CRM system
  • Proactively follow up quotes to convert opportunities into sales
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio
  • Sales Growth
  • Identify additional opportunities within existing enquiries
  • Engage customers through proactive follow-up and outreach
  • Support the broader sales team with lead follow-up and pipeline activity

What We Are Looking For Essential
  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience working in Internal Sales, Sales Support or Customer Sales roles
  • A BDM mindset  proactive, commercially driven and hungry for sales
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Ability to work five days per week in the Marsden Park office

Desirable
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or NetSuite
Exposure to industrial, construction, manufacturing or trade-related sectors
