Talent Acquisition Specialist (Initial 4–6 Week Contract)

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a warm and collaborative team based in the Sydney CBD on a 4–6 week contract. 

Working for a well-known global brand, this is a hands-on role supporting the end-to-end process across high volume recruitment and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Previous experience hiring for luxury or retail sales roles would be highly advantageous. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating and reviewing online assessments and recorded video interviews
• Posting and managing job advertisements
• Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinating interview feedback and recruitment administration
• Preparing employment contracts and on-boarding documentation for successful candidates

About you:

• Previous recruitment/talent acquisition experience is a must - temp role, must be able to hit the ground running
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional and candidate-focused approach
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
