- HR Business Partner
- $137,917 + super + 100% salary packaging
- Full-time | Sydney | 5 days onsite (with some travel)
- Additional two weeks’ leave over Christmas

Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to strengthen team performance and engagement
- Providing practical advice on employee relations, performance and workforce planning
- Supporting recruitment and broader talent initiatives
- Contributing to key change projects, including a major HRIS transformation
- Coaching leaders to build their people management capability
- Balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational support
- Supporting priorities such as EVP development and leadership uplift

- Experience as an HR/P&C Business Partner, ideally within not-for-profit or community services
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- The ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A practical, hands-on approach with sound judgement
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Onsite role, 5 days per week
- Occasional travel across multiple locations
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Criminal Record Check required
