HR Advisor- Resourcing Specialist

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment supporting the delivery of key people and culture initiatives.
This is a hands-on generalist HR role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, delivering practical HR solutions, and contributing to workforce and culture outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and leaders
  • Assist with employee relations and people & culture initiatives
  • Develop and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
  • Support HR policy development and implementation
  • Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
About You You will bring:
  • Previous experience in a HR Advisor or generalist HR role
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with HR reporting and analytics
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
