A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance lawyer to join an International  Bank. This opportunity will  report  into the General counsel and offers the chance to be an integral part of this high performing, collegiate legal team.



Description 


This will be a varied role primarily supporting the growing Australian business  but also the APAC business. You will have the opportunity to provide legal advice and support across; leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance and asset finance. It will also involve providing general advice for example on legal and regulatory developments, operational projects and service provider projects.



Profile

Successful candidates for this opportunity will ideally have a minimum of 5 years  PAE gained within a  top tier law firm or financial institution. You will have strong finance experience with leveraged finance being highly regarded. Candidates will have excellent commercial and technical legal skills and the proven ability to manage competing priorities across a diverse portfolio.
