Our client is a well-established Newcastle firm who have an office, which was recently opened, in Port Stephens.  They are seeking an experienced family lawyer to join their team.  It is a new position which has resulted from an abundance of work.  You will be mentored by a highly experienced family lawyer.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in family law;
• Experience in both property and children’s matters;
• Strong advocacy skills;
• A mature & collaborative approach;
• Strong drafting & negotiating skills with a clear communication style;
• Relationship driven with the confidence to be client-facing.
