Seeking a Dayforce Delivery Lead to own HR systems, data integrity, and compliance across the People & Culture function. This role ensures HR systems operate accurately and efficiently, while driving automation, reporting, and continuous improvement across people processes.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage HRIS and ensure system accuracy, reliability, and compliance
  • Lead system updates, testing, releases, and configuration changes
  • Maintain data integrity across HR, payroll, and finance systems
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, payroll, and data privacy requirements
  • Deliver reporting, audits, and workforce insights to leadership
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Support system integrations and HR projects
  • Maintain documentation and system controls

Requirements:


  • Experience in HR systems/HRIS administration must have Dayforce experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and employment legislation
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and system reconciliation
  • Exposure to system upgrades, testing, and implementation
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and vendors
