About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Member Relations & Community Programs, you will be responsible for driving the growth of workplace and community based training programs across corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
You’ll focus on identifying new opportunities, managing a strong pipeline, and partnering with organisations to deliver high impact training solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities across corporate and NFP sectors
  • Build and nurture long term, values driven client relationships
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle  from lead generation through to proposal, pitch, and close
  • Deliver against revenue targets while maintaining a strong customer first approach
  • Develop tailored solutions through industry research and client insight
  • Collaborate cross functionally to maximise partnership opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and client data within CRM 
  • Manage contracts, client feedback, and ongoing relationship engagement
About You
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Business Development or Sales role
  • Experience selling training programs, services, or within a not-for-profit is highly regarded
  • A natural relationship builder with high emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Strong communication skills  written, verbal, and presentation
  • Confident delivering presentations and engaging a broad range of stakeholders
  • Commercially aware, yet values-driven in your approach
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing a pipeline end-to-end
