The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Brand Manager to drive the execution of marketing strategy, campaigns, and food & beverage initiatives across a growing, fast-paced business.
This role blends creativity with commercial thinking and gives you ownership across brand, campaigns, menu innovation, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Plan and deliver the annual marketing calendar across campaigns, product launches, and promotions
  • Execute integrated campaigns across in-store, digital, social, and local marketing channels
  • Support development and food innovation, including new product launches
  • Drive menu optimisation and pricing strategy to improve sales and profitability
  • Act as brand custodian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Manage content, social media, and campaign assets in line with brand guidelines
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and market insights
  • Oversee delivery platform listings and promotional activity
  • Track performance, analyse data, and deliver campaign insights and recommendations
  • Manage agencies and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time and within budget
Profile

You’re a proactive and commercially aware marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both strategy and execution.
  • Experience in brand/marketing (hospitality, retail, or FMCG preferred)
  • Strong experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of brand, pricing, and product-led marketing
  • Data-driven with ability to turn insights into action
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Confident working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, can-do attitude
