The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Brand Manager to drive the execution of marketing strategy, campaigns, and food & beverage initiatives across a growing, fast-paced business.
This role blends creativity with commercial thinking and gives you ownership across brand, campaigns, menu innovation, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and deliver the annual marketing calendar across campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Execute integrated campaigns across in-store, digital, social, and local marketing channels
- Support development and food innovation, including new product launches
- Drive menu optimisation and pricing strategy to improve sales and profitability
- Act as brand custodian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage content, social media, and campaign assets in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and market insights
- Oversee delivery platform listings and promotional activity
- Track performance, analyse data, and deliver campaign insights and recommendations
- Manage agencies and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time and within budget
You’re a proactive and commercially aware marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both strategy and execution.
- Experience in brand/marketing (hospitality, retail, or FMCG preferred)
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Understanding of brand, pricing, and product-led marketing
- Data-driven with ability to turn insights into action
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Confident working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders
- Self-starter with a hands-on, can-do attitude
