An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join a growing accommodation and property services environment.
This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, occupancy management and operational support. You'll work closely with site leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, occupancy management and operational support. You'll work closely with site leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing applications, bookings, renewals and customer onboarding
- Supporting occupancy and leasing targets
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Processing payments, bonds and account administration
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
- Coordinating operational workflows and supporting site operations
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Previous experience in administration, property, accommodation, hospitality or a related industry
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using CRM, property management or reservation systems
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Queensland RTA Accreditation, or a current Property Licence
