About the role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer within this growing healthcare business, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and the smooth management of patient and client accounts.
Duties
- Manage the full accounts receivable ledger, including invoicing and collections.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing queries and disputes in a timely manner.
- Perform account reconciliations and deliver accurate financial reporting.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to maintain strong working relationships.
- Utilise advanced Excel skills to manage, analyse, and report on financial data.
- Diploma in Finance or Accounting (desirable).
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or credit control, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills are essential (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Experience in the healthcare or professional services sector is highly regarded.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Salary package of $75,000 - $80,000 + superannuation.
