They are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team. About the role

As an Accounts Receivable Officer within this growing healthcare business, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and the smooth management of patient and client accounts.

Duties
  • Manage the full accounts receivable ledger, including invoicing and collections.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing queries and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Perform account reconciliations and deliver accurate financial reporting.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills to manage, analyse, and report on financial data.
Skills & experience
  • Diploma in Finance or Accounting (desirable).
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or credit control, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel skills are essential (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  • Experience in the healthcare or professional services sector is highly regarded.
  • Ability to start immediately.
Job Offer

  • Salary package of $75,000 - $80,000 + superannuation.
