About the Client

This is a firm that knows overall business success stems from employee development and satisfaction. You will have constant access to professional support and the ability to hone in on your accounting and advisory skills while working within a comfortable and newly renovated office. There is an overarching vision to help individuals and companies unlock their financial potential, while also ensuring that employees feel heard and valued.
This firm wants the best for their staff and takes pride in watching them grow and develop with fortnightly internal and external sessions to build technical and soft skills. The team is young and personable, and you can expect to grow your professional network while also making likeminded friends.

Due to the smaller and more personable nature of this firm, you will gain direct exposure to intriguing and complicated areas of tax and advisory. Don’t languish on boring and simple tax matters – dive straight into client-facing advisory work alongside partners and managers. Hard workers and fast learners will be rewarded with salary bonuses and swift progression pathways. The senior management team will work alongside you to push you to your full potential, while also providing an element of support and guidance.
