The Business Partner - Talent Acquisition will look after Corporate and have responsibility for developing and growing a Talent Consultant. The core responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Research and analyse the external market to maintain awareness of leading-edge talent acquisition best practices and trends.
  • Collaborate with business managers to identify current and to forecast future resource requirements.
  • Implement innovative talent acquisition campaigns utilising a range of contemporary methodologies and tools to source the right-fit workforce to meet current and future resource needs.
  • Identify new industries and markets to source talent.
  • Build and maintain a ‘work-ready’ pipeline of potential applicants to promptly respond to workforce resourcing requirements.
  • Utilise online recruitment and on-boarding systems to ensure a seamless applicant and manager experience.
  • Implement training solutions to build management talent acquisition capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment administration team to prepare new employees to be work-ready on joining.
  • Evaluate talent acquisition strategies and solutions to determine the effectiveness in achieving agreed performance targets and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Engage and manage recruitment agencies to provide cost effective specialist resourcing solutions (as required)
  • Prepare monthly performance and status reports to monitor and report on progress against agreed performance targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop and implement campaigns to maximise employer brand and employee value exchange awareness within the disability sector and broader industries.
  • Develop, publish and manage social media content to build awareness of employer brand and EVE and to attract and engage potential applicants.


  • At least three years Talent Acquisition experience. Open to Agency or internal. 
  • Must be aligned with the values of the organisation and in particular, the for-purpose sector
  • Strong stakeholder management skills is critical to navigate complex needs and a diverse group 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and process-driven environment
