Client Details

A leading public service with a reputation for transparency and upholding integrity, our client is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Receptionist into the team until the end of the year. 


  • Maintenance of internal tenancy security (issuing staff access passes and registering visitors).
  • Provide general administrative support (services, repairs and maintenance) and liaise with suppliers and contractors as required.
  • Greet clients/contractors/visitors and advise staff of their arrival.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls on the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate area.
  • Monitor reception mailbox and action emails.
  • Assist with mail and courier services.
  • Diary management and management of meeting rooms.
  • Provide assistance to the Finance and Services team as required.


To be successful in this application, you will have a demonstrable track record in a similar position and within a relatively busy function. You will also have:

  • Tier one communication and presentation skills
  • MS Office Suite proficiency
  • Ability to adequately prioritise
  • Strong organisational skills
