FutureYou are partnering with a listed property company with cutting edge technology and an energising culture. With roughly 100,000 employees and turnover in the billions, this firm is regarded for their high performing culture. They are seeking a committed Financial Accountant for a 9-12 month FTC.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Month end activities (e.g. journals, accruals, expenses)
• Review monthly reconciliations
• Analysis of income and costs
• Management reporting with commentary
• Budgeting and forecasting preparation across divisions

About You:

A team player, you will be confident dealing with a variety of stakeholders across the business. Ideally, you will:

• Be CA/CPA qualified
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA, power query, formula auditing)
• 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Accountant in a large complex organisation
• Possess a friendly attitude
• Thrive in a busy environment
