This is a support role in the Advocacy team, where you will report into the Advocacy Lead and work primarily in our ‘Contracted Influence’ pillar which brings to life partnerships.
 
Role Responsibilities:
  • Get hands-on in the influencer space, supporting the Advocacy Lead in activating our established influencer channel from brief to reporting, including: influencer research and sourcing, brief responses and outreach, approvals processes with our creative teams and commercial teams, contract negotiations, and finance admin.
  • Manage all influencer /talent manager liaison including contracting, briefing, and content approvals.
  • Own the critical administration that keeps the wheels of the Contracted Influence pillar going – raising POs, processing vendors in Ariba - the vendor management platform, securing and sending product to influencers, updating tracking documents  
  • Ensure the approved influencer campaigns are live as planned and trafficked; feed insights from partners into campaign reports, working alongside the team’s insights manager.
  • Be the hands behind the execution, treating the detail as the essential: ensure that influencer content meets the company’s guidelines, captures key messages from brief, and adheres to social best practice and is signed-off by brand and creative teams where required
  • Be the voice behind the execution, participate in local meetings together with the Advocacy Lead, sharing project status and project plans
  
About You
  • Extensive experience working in the influencer space and with paid partners of the brand
  • Love getting involved in the ‘doing’, and no task is too small or too fast-paced
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and brands at once with excellent project management
  • Strong skills in social, digital and content – with knowledge of using partner content in owned spaces
  • Easily able to autonomously contract influencers, manage financial discussions and traffic content deliverables
  • Experience in leading WIPs, inputting into responses to brief and PCAs
  • Agency experience ideal
  • Admin experience in Ariba ideal
