Our client is small family-owned B2B distribution business based in Western Sydney. They have built an excellent reputation during their 30 years in business, providing exceptional service and fostering a great team culture. Due to a period of sustained growth, a newly created opportunity for an experienced finance leader has been created.

Description 

Within this 'flat' structure, you will report to the CFO with full ownership for all day-to-day key finance deliverables:

• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Provide insights/advice on business performance
• Treasury management & banking
• Full month-end responsibilities
• Optimise and enhance financial controls
• Develop and lead the small finance team
• Oversee AR, AP & Payroll
• GL reconciliations

Profile

This role would suit:

• Qualified CA/CPA (5-10 years + PQE)
• Previous experience in Audit/Business Services in professional services
• Understanding/experience of family-owned entities
• Experience in a product-based organisation (stock & inventory)

Job Offer

Package $165,000 - $185,000 based on experience & free car parking.
