HR Manager (Part Time)

Client Details

Our client is a successful and growing PR company, looking for a dynamic and experienced part time HR Manager to help promote, cultivate and further nurture the culture and success fo the organisation. 
With full flexibility, this role will suit someone who is looking  to balance their lifestyle, dedicating one day per week to this role, it would also be perfect for someone who wants to pick up some extra work around their other consulting clients, or a HR professional returning back to the workforce.

Role Requirements:

  • Recruitment and Resourcing Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process in accordance with the requirements of the business briefs. 
  • Improve employment brand presence. Match human resources to the strategic and operational requirements of the organization and ensuring the complete utilization of resources.
  • Induction: Welcome newly recruited employees and supporting them to adjust to their new roles and working environments. 
  • Learning and Development: Identify the training needs and resource practical solutions to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively. 
  • New Policies Identify the need for a policy. Determine policy content. Obtain stakeholder support. Communicate with employees. Update and revise the policy.
  • Covid and Office Prioritise team health and safety and keep up to date with COVID workplace initiatives. Provide guidance to support employees to work from home to manage health and safety risks.
  • Compensation and Benefits Positioning Oversee, manage and administer our employees' rewards, perks and benefits.
  • Develop programs to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.
  • Employee Relations Promote employee welfare health and well-being. Interact with employees to discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity. 

You will have:
  • You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar position,
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • HR qualifications
  • Great attention to detail
  • Can do attitude - true team player
