Description 

We are seeking an exceptional Change Manager looking to join a growing Change Management Practice within the EPMO.  The role will focus on leading and executing Change Management  in large and/or complex initiatives.  
 
Key deliverables associated with the role are:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members to support whole of practice capability uplift and continuous improvement
  • Assessment and definition of Change Management activities required across the Project deliverables
  • End to end design and delivery of Change Management solutions including assessments, strategy, planning, implementation, embedding and handover
  • Effective engagement with Senior Leadership, internal business partners (including Human Resources) and representatives of impacted stakeholders
Profile
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Organisational Change/Change Management
  • Experience in Platform Operating Model change
  • Experience in the design and implementation of a range of organizational change management methods, techniques and approaches
  • Delivering change in agile & waterfall projects, driven by customer value and stakeholder impact
  • Proven successful experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in a complex environment using Agile methods
  • Proven team leadership capabilities
  • Proven, effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with financial management and business case experience
