  • Answering phone enquiries, sorting and distribution of post and emails to appropriate team members
  • Conducting Office tours for new starters
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting with the coordination of office events
  • Filing documents (both electronic and hard copies)
  • Ensuring security bins are emptied in line with confidentiality
  • Filing and relocating files
  • Additional support where required
