The business has been providing bonds to home purchasers for over 30 years, during their time they have assisted over one million buyers and sellers in property sale transactions.  

The role of Business Development Manager will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships alongside generating new opportunities with a variety of brokers and intermediaries, the primary goal is to increase sales.
Key duties include;
  • Strategic account management
  • Team engagement
  • Attending industry events
  • L&D – deliver webinar and training content to key partners
  • Competitor analysis
  • Identifying new business
  • Strategy development
  • A passionate and energetic approach is required
  • Naturally helpful
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Previous experience of working with the financial services or real estate industry would be preferred but not essential
Remuneration and location
CBD based when not meeting clients, some flexibility around remote working
