Client Details

 A newly created role has come about with our client due to their rapid growth and ambitious development plans. As the Commercial Manager you will be partnering extensively with the CFO and the CEO of the business. 
Your role will include 

  • Lead, manage and facilitate implementation of a contract sourcing and administration framework for IT Pricing Projects. 
  • Lead commercial input for a new operating model
  • Strategic negotiation to deliver best for business outcomes on price, quality, schedule, and compliance with the Company's commercial positions.
  • Conduct anaylsis of commercial opportunities for expanding business. 
  • Sourcing advice  contracts hands-on sourcing for contracts in accordance with Technology team and best-practice commercial and value for money principals.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial matters including contract negotiations, contract risk allocation and probity to support the achievement of best practice commercial outcomes
  • Best practice management of underperforming suppliers, including advice to business in relation to operational, commercial, and contractual options.
  • Fostering a strong relationship between IT and Financial Stakeholders. 
  • Guide Senior Financial Analyst on budgeting and forecasting. 

The Ideal candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with five years experience working with a minmum of 5 years experience in commercial management. 
Experience working in a B2B or IT Services Organisation. 
Legal background highly desired.
