Client Details

My client is a leading structural steel supplier servicing a variety of clients across NSW and ACT, with expansion considerations currently being considered the business offers a complete range of service from estimating, CAD drawings, a variety of proprietary systems and products, the company is privately owned and has enjoyed year on year growth across the last ten years.
Due to continued growth the organisation has created this new position to own, nurture and develop a pool of key accounts, you’ll be expected to work closely with the aforementioned customers to become the supplier of choice within our product offering.

Description

Nurture a pool of existing accounts/relationships
New business development/account growth mindset
Working to a set of KPI’s you’ll be expected to grow account revenue and help cross sell other products
Review and improve existing processes
Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
Low level travel required across NSW - predominantly office based to date
As a face of the business you’ll need to represent the values of the organisation & provide the highest levels of service, support & integrity

Profile

Self-motivated & driven
The ability to create opportunities & close deals
Capable of working autonomously
Persuasive, builds rapport, can engage with an account and keep that relationship extremely warm
Experience in the building or construction industry
A successful track record of achieving sales targets

Location and remuneration

Western Sydney based when not meeting clients, some flexibility around remote working
A competitive salary package of base, super & bonus
