A leader in their respective field with a multi-channelled service offering, our client operates on a national platform and fosters critical partnerships across Australia. 


Supporting the Sales Division in fostering these critical partnerships and supporting the General Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator's responsibilities are as follows:

Personal Assistant support to General Manager:
  • Email and calendar management
  • Prepare materials for meetings
  • AMEX reconciliation
  • Book and arrange domestic and international travel for Executive team and monitor recoverable expenses
  • Assist company Executive Assistants with larger events 
Sales Support Coordination:
  • Establish and maintain divisional records including the reconciliation of corporate AMEX cards and recoverable expenses.
  • Create presentations, documents and communications that effectively promote service offering
  • Raise Purchase Order’s for the business and ensure invoices are paid on time
  • Provide IT support - assist sales team, to onboard business partners to new software’s
  • Action ad hoc requests from sales team and customers
  • Database management
  • Prepare sales reporting as required, including business performance, and pricing
  • Creation and distribution of bulletins both external and internal
  • Extract and create salesforce reports (weekly/monthly) 
  • Organise conferences, functions, social events and meetings
  • Management of marketing collateral for division


To be successful in this application, you will have:

  • A related tertiary qualification
  • A demonstrable track record supporting a sales team within professional services, ideally at least 3 years experience
  • An ability to step up and support the General Manager when required 
  • High level organisational skills
  • Resilience and tenacity to manage competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management

Job Offer

  • Salary between $75,000 - $85,000 plus super depending on experience
