Client Details

The client is a large medical device distributor growing at an exponential rate. The warehouse contains thousands of SKU's and is complex and demanding.

Description

The  Warehouse Team Leader will report directly to ANZ Distribution Manager. The role holders will be very hands on but know what good looks like and will lead:

-Performance management of the unit shift in terms of output, training and development, safety and people
-Tracking, monitoring and verifying inbound put away and outbound dispatch
-Cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory at all times


Profile

To be successful in applying for this role you must be a proven and hands on Warehouse Manager/ Shift Manager/ DC Team Leader/ Supervisor with your experience gained either from a 3PL environment or ideally in house from medical devices. You will be a hands on leader and have the ability to step up to a more senior role in the coming years with proven experience in best class operating.

Job Offer

Circa $80,000- $85,000 + super
