Description 

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Provide quality and timely administrative support to CEO
• Maintain and coordinate an effective calendar and filing system, ensuring the CEO’s competing demands are effectively managed
• Proactively manage correspondence, both emails and letters received. This includes preparation of responses and briefing notes as required, keeping the CEO updated
• Produce quality documents and manage the CEO’s record keeping of received and distributed correspondence
• Demonstrated commitment to internal and external customer service, delivering the best service to our community
• Maintain a high level of awareness of matters coming into and out of the CEO’s office to effectively respond to enquiries and exercise sound judgement on the manner of response

Profile

To be successful in this application, you will have:

• At least five years experience supporting at C-suite level or Minister level
• Impeccable organisational skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement 
• High level of flexibility to meet sometimes rapidly changing priorities 
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Highly developed people skills, knowing when and how to engage a range of stakeholders
• High level grammar, written, verbal and communication skills
• A commitment to quality outputs with a high degree of attention to detail and a customer first mindset
