About the role:

This boutique Accounting firm is looking for a Receptionist to join their collaborative and friendly office, based in South Melbourne.

As the office Receptionist, you will be seen as the face of the business and ensure all internal and external clients are being provided with outstanding customer service.

This is a permanent role with standard Monday-Friday hours. 
 

Key duties:
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Opening  & closing office
  • Assisting the accounting administration team
  • Daily banking & post
  • Accurately analysing and processing data
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Organising mail
  • General ad-hoc duties if and when required

Key skills:
  • Experience in an accounting firm is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office suite
