Our client is looking for an Employment Advisory Lawyer with experience across a broad range of employment matters Including:
  • Compliance;
  • Enterprise bargaining agreements:
  • Unfair dismissals;
  • Equal opportunity and general protections claims;
  • Complex workplace issues.
Experience from an employer perspective is desirable.
You will be advising clients on the full suite of employment matters including, but not limited to:
  • Contractual and legislative rights and obligations;
  • Employment disputes and litigation;
  • Discrimination and termination claims;
  • Equal opportunity;
  • Employee incentive schemes and executive remuneration.
