 A provider of critical services nation-wide, our client a highly sought after organisation and desired place to work. 


The purpose of the Training Coordinator is to manage the technology systems that are used to support the delivery of specific programs of work. The core responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Set up and manage trainer on-boarding and support processes.
  • Enable the trainers to deliver programs by working towards best practice processes
  • Manage the delivery of programs liaising with the centre network for delivery
  • Manage and maintain Learning Management System including updating content and assets
  • Manage other training system technology for the team including the survey platform, virtual training products, and training materials library.
  • Triage any system concerns in good time.
  • Moderate virtual training sessions to assist the trainer as required with technical issues, recording attendance, survey support and produce customer reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the training delivery process.
  • Recommend and drive improvements to the functionality and efficient use of our training systems.
  • Develop and manage report creation from these systems and provide to key stakeholders on an ad hoc and agreed regular basis.
  • Monitor shared inbox and triage requests
  • Respond to and manage user (internal and external) requests for support.


To be successful in this application, you will have operating experience supporting a training function ideally within the RTO Arena. You will have:
  • High level of computer literacy and working experience of relevant systems i.e. LMS, MS Teams, Zoom, Survey platforms
  • Strong coordination capability
  • Good stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and achieve deliverables in a high-pressure environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, personal drive, and integrity.
  • Sound judgement and an awareness of reputation and branding
