Our client is seeking a Website and Publication Manager responsible for managing the performance, accessibility and publishing the privacy aspects content on the website. The primary focus is the management and constant improvement of our client's website, intranet, and publications. It also extends to digital initiatives for specific campaigns, events, and corporate governance reporting. You will provide timely and accurate advice on digital communications policies, risks, government requirements and external trends.


Demonstrated experience in the website management, publishing and maintenance. Experience of web requirements and standards in the government sector, including the Digital Services Standard (particularly security standards and WCAG 2.0 AA). Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (3+ years recent experience) with a focus on accessibility.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated team player with managerial skill. Someone with  good eye for detail and has experience in developing positive and accessible digital experiences for complex content, and can encourage and inspire new ways of communicating our client's information and advice to a diversity of digital audiences. 
Duties would include:
  • Management and publishing of website
  • Content publication on the website
  • Management and development of the intranet
  • Styling of Microsoft Word publications
  • Web analytics via Matomo
  • Management of newsletter mailouts system
  • Management and publishing of campaign
  • Experience in git and e-learning
  • The ability to align key stakeholders and influence business outcomes
  • Proactive approach in terms of update campaign and content
