Provide support at Level 1 in the IT Service Desk

The Technology Services (TS) team is responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of our client’s technology infrastructure and end user computing environment. Technology Services is a key team providing the technology fundamentals that enable all teams to create an exceptional experience for our help seekers, volunteers, staff and partners.

Minimum 2 years experience working as an IT Support / Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support or similar role

Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies, across a wide variety of technical disciplines including Microsoft stack of applications, Active Directory, Windows 10,  Office365,  Apple products, printers and peripherals

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Demonstrated experience in providing customer service with an enthusiastic and positive approach, “Can do” Attitude.

Strong verbal, written communication and phone etiquette skills.

Relevant qualifications in computer science or other fields

Ability to assess processes, systems and data.
