Client Details

Our client is a leading global integrated, full-service marketing and communications agency. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be largely responsible for driving the recruitment function such as identifying, hiring and on-boarding key talent that the business requires nationally.
Reporting to the GM People + Culture, you will liaise directly with the individual business CEOs and hiring managers on what great talent looks like, to ensure we attract, acquire and retain the best.

● Support hiring managers with the development of job descriptions and online advertising job descriptions
● Conduct initial applicant interviews and make recommendations to hiring managers on the suitability of the candidates
● Develop effective talent sourcing strategies to ensure continuous pipelining of talent
● Manage appropriate partnerships with sourcing and talent suppliers (ie LinkedIn Recruiter)
● Manage pre-employment check compliance process including references, criminal history checks and work eligibility
● Build strong relationships across all business and levels of seniority
● Regularly report on recruitment targets including time to hire and retention rates
● Manage the employment offer process including developing of all contracts
● Manage the 6 month staff onboarding process
● Coordinate Intern Program

Key Attributes
● A proven track record working in the Marketing recruitment industry – in-house preferred, but not essential
● An ability to understand the skills and resourcing requirements of a diverse range of marketing businesses
● Is a strategic thinker and able to see the bigger picture 
● Has a people first attitude – and has an incredibly strong desire to make an impact in a business that cares for its people
● Has the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
● Understands the pressure which comes with working in a fast-paced agency environment
