Client Details

FutureYou have partnered with a Professional Services firm in the recruitment of a new Payroll Coordinator due to retirement. The family vibe Finance team have all worked in the business together for 10+ years, they are super keen though to bring in a new person and fresh new set of skills. 

You will report to the Finance Manager and this is a stand alone position that they are predicting will take 3-4 days a week. These are not set and there this ultimate flexibility. 

This is a small but complex payroll - there's some wonderful opportunities for improvements and process projects.

Description 

  • Monthly payroll for corporate staff
  • contractors brought in that vary in volume to assist with big accounts
  • Tax and super calculations and reporting
  • Setting up new starters and contractors
  • Wages calculated by timesheets
  • Expenses and allowances

You can run and process this payroll as you see fit - this will be your baby! Thoughts on streamlining? Lets plan the project!

Profile

To be considered you will need to have end to end payroll processing experience, ideally in a stand alone environment. As you will be responsible for the whole process, please ensure you have experience in everything end to end.

This is 3-4 days, depends on your skill and how much there is to do outside of the standard payroll process.

This is the ideal role for someone who is returning to work after maternity/paternity or even someone looking to drop a day or so work a week.

Job Offer

In return this firm will support WFH, only needing to go into office once a week. They are offering approx $90k + super pro-rated with some flexibility. They are an amazing business and team and are super excited for you to join them!
