Senior Business Analyst
• Large Transformational Program of Work

Great opportunity to join this large and well established client who are embarking on a large transformational change journey across their entire organisation with Information Technology being at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of IT/business related projects and solutions
Provide expertise in the development of business cases and cost benefit analysis
Provides expertise in the area of Business Analysis, Process and Solution Design
Plan implement and oversee effective communications across Projects
Ensure that projects are delivered with an effective Change Management stream
Manage the project work in negotiation with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of business outcomes
About You
At least 5 years’ experience in delivery of business/IT related projects or programmes of work as a Business Analyst/Project Manager
Experience within requirements gathering and the development of business cases and cost benefit realisation
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, analyse and effectively problem solve, and meet targets and deadlines
Good knowledge of all aspects of program/project delivery methodologies tools and practices
Experience of understanding business data and analysing data to create process maps
Strong relationship building / customer service skills
Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that help build and develop teamwork, and establishes successful working relationships with stakeholders
Strong understanding of Business Process Analysis and Design
Well-developed stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as MS-Project, Teamworks, Excel etc.
Understanding Audit risks / regulatory compliance measures would be desirable.
