This role will coordinate the end-to-end employee life cycle and work closely with the HR Business Partners to execute HR responsibilities to support business needs. There will be ongoing scope to support the HR Director in a range of key projects, global/regional initiatives and reporting requirements. You will be part of a collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to be involved in new initiatives that have an impact on driving a “high performance culture”.  Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, this opportunity will provide someone who is looking to develop their career in the HR generalist area to grow and learn from a team with diverse experiences.

HR Operational Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate and lead the end-to-end employee life cycle 
  • Ownership and maintenance of HRIS, SuccessFactors
  • Support employees with all general HR enquiries
  • Responsible for preparing and distributing internal HR communications
  • Liaise with payroll to support the checking of the monthly payroll
  • Maintenance of HR database 
  • Policy review and adherence to relevant legislation
  • Management of internal awards program
  • Responsible for leading and supporting various HR projects both locally and regionally 
  • Ensure  compliance with our processes & procedures and continually look at ways to improve them
  • Support the HR function with HR administration
 
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
  • Operationally support HR Business Partners including but not limited to: o Relevant employee communications
  • HR reporting and tracking
  • Learning & Development support
  • Compensation and benefits analysis
  •  Industrial relations compliance
 

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous HR experience 2-3+ years
  • Experience managing end to end operational employee lifecycle needs
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written
  • Understanding of HRIS technologies and technically sound
  • Experience managing third party suppliers, desirable
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources Management, or currently studying
  • Be able to adapt and manage multiple competing operational priorities, whilst being involved in HR projects
  • Comfortable presenting information to small groups
  • Agile mindset and demonstrates perseverance and resilience
