Our client has a Group of companies that have been created to give people their best opportunity in life. Founded in 1998, the group includes three successful, scaling businesses. A leading, privately held, fast growing business currently within the disability employment services sector, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CEO to lead and grow the Australia operation.


This is a senior commercial leadership role within a growing sector of the employment services industry. Reporting directly to the Founder & Group CEO, the role is responsible for the total strategy, driving growth and overall management and profitability of the National business. It will see you part of the executive leadership team and in a newly created role due to rapid growth.

  • Personally engaging with services provided as well as the regulatory process
  • Proactively lead the management team and actively engage with regional stakeholders
  • Maintain contact with relevant Industry Associations, major clients & suppliers and other key external stakeholders
  • Act as spokesperson for the organisation

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Extensive and diverse work experience across a number of industries and previously held a CEO position with a proven track record in the services industry sector
  • Previous experience working with a fast growing, privately held business
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff at all levels
  • Minimum undergraduate tertiary qualifications ideally in a Health, Finance or business related field. Preferred post graduate tertiary qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated broad business acumen
