A large family run business are looking to grow there dynamic team of Customer Service specialists to manage the sales & logistics needs of the organisation. you will provide a vital link and support to our key stakeholders including customers, sales Territory Managers, Drivers and Warehouse Teams to deliver a seamless and positive ordering and delivery experience. Our job is to make good things happen.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer service via email and phone
  • Data entry, including some keying of orders, adjustments, credits
  • Creating order picks & manifests to support warehouse picking & distribution
  • Logistics planning and managing deliveries via a structured delivery cycle
  • Assisting with the delivery sequencing of orders for packing and delivery
  • Provide support and assistance between Customers, Sales & Accounts receivable
  • Support the National Operations Manager and State Sales Manager with areas of focus
  • Support the Sales, Drivers & Warehouse Teams maintain a timely delivery turn around
  • Keep and maintain records, upload proof of deliveries (POD’S)
Skills & Experience
  • Best practice customer service focus and background
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and follow up work within deadlines and time schedules
  • Solid computer skills across MS Office products
  • Experience with ERP systems and WMS is an advantage
  • Reliable and punctual with a can-do attitude
