- Develop the brand & category’s game plan by translating insights into optimal growth driving strategies
- Monitor markets and identify opportunities based on new trends - ingredients, product innovation, consumer behaviour, etc
- Drive effective value growth led resource allocation, effectively prioritising market & consumer opportunities across the area
- Ensure cross-functional working relationships in and above market to ensure delivery of strategic program
- Activation on & offline, route to market with main objective to deliver on strategic business growth plans
You will be highly entrepreneurial with a firm understanding of the FMCG arena, you will have had proven success taking a new product/idea and brand to market. You have strong influencing skills and stakeholder management, with ability to lead people on an exciting journey. You thrive on challenge and a fast pace and are yearning for an exciting and challenging opportunity that is slightly out of the box.
