Our client is a boutique law firm who currently deliver services in residential conveyancing.  They pride themselves on being able to provide great service at a good price, utilising current technology to make their clients experience easier.  They have a fun loving and diverse team culture where they encourage individual growth in their team member.    
 
They are looking for a well-rounded individual who can keep up with the ever-morphing needs of the industry and who wants to grow the NSW branch as the firm takes a bigger step into that market.
 
Key Requirements:
  • Strong 2-3 PAE in property law;
  • Experience in other complimentary areas of law would be a bonus but is not required;
  • Cheerful pre-disposition, a can do attitude and the willingness to work in a team.  You will also need to be prepared to set up processes, procedures and templates for the NSW team;
  • Being tech savvy is a must as the firm utilizes technology significantly to provide legal services.
Key Duties:
  • Performing contract drafting and contract review for residential properties;
  • Provide legal advice to clients as part of the conveyancing services as required;
  • Provide supervision and support to paralegals that are handling the day to day running of conveyancing matters;
  • Provide supervision and support to lawyers under your jurisdiction;
  • Assist the Legal Director and other Senior Lawyers of the business in developing good customer service practices and templates to achieve maximum efficiency in the legal practice;
  • Provide supervision and sign offs for paper settlements and electronic settlements of residential property transactions;
  • Set up processes, procedures and templates for the New South Wales branch.
