Key Responsibilities
•            Greeting visitors upon arrival and directing them accordingly
•            Answering telephone calls and transferring enquiries to appropriate staff members
•            Diary management – booking in meetings and managing boardroom calendars
•            Preparing tea/coffee for clients and organising catering, refilling boardroom fridges when stock is low
•            Setting up Zoom/Microsoft Teams calls when required
•            Mail distribution, maintaining kitchen and office supplies
•            Liaising with building management for cleaning/plumbing/security services
•            Assisting with staff on-boarding/off-boarding processes
•            Organising couriers
•            Ensuring reception area and boardrooms are maintained / presentable at a high standard

Skills and Qualities

•            Must have relevant work experience in professional services with corporate presentation.
•            Proactive and team focused approach to work with a great attitude.
•            Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet competing deadlines. With a high level of organisation skills.
•            Adaptable with strong work ethic, and ability to multi-task.
•            Quick learner with the desire to take ownership of tasks. Applying a high level of attention to detail.
•            Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
