EA/ Sales Coordinator

•      $85,000 plus superannuation (North Sydney Location)


The purpose of this role, is to provide support to the Sales team, in particular the General Manager, through the accurate provision of sales support, administrative and reporting tasks.
 
Position Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain Executive records including the reconciliation of corporate AMEX cards and recoverable expenses.
  • Create presentations, documents and communications that effectively promote the company's offerings.
  • Raise PO’s for the business and ensure invoices are paid on time.
  • Organise conferences, functions, social events and meetings, compiling all necessary documents
  • Provide assistance to Executive Assistants with large corporate events
  • Manage the General Managers emails and calendars, addressing issues and subsequent follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Book and arrange domestic and international travel for Executive team and monitoring recoverable expenses
  • Assist in the execution of strategy, creation and marketing of new products, pricing and promotions
  • Provide administration support to sales team, including IT coordination
  • Assist sales team, to onboard business partners to new software’s
  • Ad hoc requests from BDM’s and customers
  • User and Product database management
  • Prepare sales and ad hoc reporting as required
  • Creation and distribution of bulletins both external and internal
  • Create & distribute supplier & BDM weekly report
  • Extract and create salesforce reports (weekly/monthly)

Necessary Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ administration experience
  • Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Executive Assistance background-Marketing background
