A leader in innovation and sustainability this global business continues to manufacture a variety of products for both the commercial and residential sectors developing products that have a positive impact on people and the planet.  The business enjoyed record growth within the residential/retail channel throughout 2021 and due to that growth, the role of National Sales Manager has been created.
The successful candidate will possess building or construction experience ideally with knowledge of flooring products, a successful track record in sales/business development will be key alongside exposure of managing distributors.


As a Senior Manager within the Leadership Team the National Sales Manager will be responsible for nurturing a variety of existing retailer relationships alongside identifying and winning new business from target prospects.  To be successful in this role you will be required to have knowledge of flooring, building or construction products with strong residential channel management skills, previous experience of dealing with leading flooring retailers such as Carpet Court, Choices & Carpet Call will be imperative.  The position will have one direct report, meaning the role is very much hands on whereby you’ll be expected to set and execute the sales strategy.

  • Working with key flooring distributors across ANZ
  • Engagement with Global Product Management & Residential Marketing teams
  • Look to develop a Sales force to support relationships with flooring retailers
  • Evaluate alternate channels/opportunities
  • Experience in dealing with leading flooring retailers
  • Understands how to effectively work with distributors
  • Ability to manage multiple channels
  • Degree qualified
