HR Project Manager - Part-Time

The purpose of this role is to provide end to end transition management & people support for a key employee transition project. This includes change management and operational execution. You will be responsible for:

  • Defining project strategy and execution for a transfer of business.  End to end planning considering both tactical and change management initiatives
  • Day to day project management and coordination working with internal and external stakeholders as required.  Develop/ maintain project plan and risk register, with risk mitigations
  • Attendance at regular working group to represent the people and change stream and escalation of blockers/derailers as required to ensure a smooth transfer
  • Work with teams (including ER, Systems, IT, Legal & Communications teams) to finalise decisions and ensure smooth transition processes

  • Undergraduate degree in HR Management, organisational psychology, business or related field
  • 5 years plus experience as an HR generalist manager working in or consulting to dynamic organisations with contemporary HR practices
  • Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic global organisation
  • Involvement in and knowledge of transfer of business processes
  • Experience managing change processes with focus on people processes and HR Practices
  • Professional and confident communication and presentation skills
  • Proven successful experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in a complex environment using Agile methods
  • Proven team leadership capabilities
  • Proven, effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with financial management and business case experience
