Audit Senior Manager

The Client:
This is a boutique accounting firm with multiple partners. The firms has a Sydney based head office and they will soon be expanding their operations to Newcastle. The firm currently has established divisions in Business Services and Audit and is set to double its Audit fee base in the next year. You will be supported by an exiting Director and some junior team members. This is a rapidly growing firm with a supportive culture where staff are encouraged to progress within the firm and are provided with clear promotion pathways. 

This Role:
You will inherit an existing and established client base that covers Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle. This role will quickly progress into a Director role as the current Director phases out over the next 12 months. Once you have reached Director level, you will be expects to continue to build on the current client base and grow your team by hiring new audit team members. 

About You:
This role would suit an Audit Manager or Senior Manager who is ready to take the next step to either salaried Director or equity Director within the next 1-3 years.
To be successful in this role you must be able to work autonomously.
In order to be considered for this role you must either be a Registered Company Auditor or be able to become one within the next 12 months.
