A market leading communications business are looking for an EPMO Analyst to join their newly created team within the PMO/ COE In this position you will be supporting the PMO managers in the COE team, and advice and direction as appropriate to the broader PM Delivery community regarding the COE standards, tools and templates. Support for the PMO Managers


Responsibilities
  • Project and portfolio reporting including that related to quality assurance activities
  • Co-ordination of COE PMO related activities
  • Maintenance of the COE knowledge repositories, maintenance of the standards, tools and templates on behalf of the COE, including tools configuration where required.   
  • Day-to-day management of the standards, tools and templates repository ensuring these are aligned to updates from lessons learned and / or market best practice
  • Supporting the production of reports as required by the COE
  • Undertake regular reviews of project delivery reporting and project change management processes, guidelines and templates.
  • Support of the QA and audits procedures undertaken by COE, and the related analysis and reporting of these

Profile


  • 3+ years’ experience in Project Management, PMO, Portfolio Prioritisation/Resourcing or Project Financial Management/Reporting
  • Previous experience in a Project Management Office Reporting role   
  • Experience working in or with multiple Project teams, 
  • Sound knowledge and understanding in project management methodologies and processes
