Client Details

Our client is an impressive, well established and rapidly growing mid-tier  business advisory and accountancy firm.  The Purpose of this position is to play an integral role helping to shape he culture and success of the firm through attracting the right people and help create the best employee experience possible throughout the enitre employee lifecycle.  You will also have the opportunity to consolidate and develop your HR generalist skills as a HR Advisor, working directly with the HR Manager and Senior Leadership team.

 
Key Responsibilities
 
End to end recruitment of staff at all levels
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates
  • Engage and communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Design effective job advertisements to attract talent
  • Review and shortlist resumes
  • Attend interviews 
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency suppliers
  • Organise and conduct assessment centre for the organisations graduate program
  • Maintain candidate records on recruitment system
  • Actively build and manage a talent pipeline
  • Identify strategies to promote as an employer and reach desired target market
  • Develop recruitment campaigns for
  • LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Work with HR Manager to build strong talent brand through social and digital tools and other talent initiative
  • Attend employer events to market firm as required
  • Induction and onboarding
  • General HR Administration
  • HR Projects as required
 
 
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
  • A proactive and innovative approach to recruitment
  • Outcomes driven
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • The resilience to recruit in a tight market
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualified (desirable)
