FutureYou have partnered with a wonderful business in the recruitment of a new Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a 6 month FTC with view to extension. They are in need of some additional support as they have experienced an incredible period of growth!

They are a completely automated process, limited data entry.

Joining a team of 4 Accounts Payable Officers and an Accounts Payable Manager you will assist with the upskilling and increased ability of the team.

Description 

Duties include:

• SAP EEC6
• Processing 150 invoices automated daily
• Uploading to general ledger
• Getting appropriate approvals
• Upskilling the team with their performance
• Showing the team appropriate capabilities
• Ad hoc project work

Profile

Please ensure you have a strong Accounts Payable background. Latest version of SAP is preferable - ECC6 or HANA. Can you lead and upskill a team? Can you show them what to do and how to do it properly?

Job Offer

In return you will get $35 - $45 p/hour - this is dependant on your skills and what you can bring to the team. This can be how YOU want it to be temp hourly rate or FTC on boarded to them - Annual leave/Christmas leave accrual. 

You can WFH or from their Western Sydney based offices.
